KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 20, 2015:

Police are searching for two individuals to assist in investigations into the murder of Deputy Public Prosecutor Anthony Kevin Morais.

Kuala Lumpur Criminal Investigation Department chief Datuk Zainuddin Ahmad said pictures of both the individuals had been released today to be displayed at all police stations and published by the media.

“The two individuals involved are from Kedah.

“The first man is Dinishwaran Raman, aged 23, with his last known address being Batu Pekaka Estate, while the second suspect is Vishwananth Murugaya, aged 25, with his last known address being Taman Desa Lua, Lua River,” said Zainuddin in a statement released today.

Anyone with information on the men may contact any police station or homicide investigation officer Inspector Wan Abdullah at 012 3482737.

Earlier, police had arrested two individuals at a car wash near Jinjang, Kuala Lumpur, on Friday in connection with the killing.

Their capture led police to a river in Kuala Selangor in search of case evidence, which was believed to have been thrown into the river.

Zainuddin saud the search for evidence in Kuala Selangor river continued for a second day in a joint effort involving police, the Fire and Rescue Department and members of the Civil Defence Force (JPAM).
