KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 28, 2014:

Police raided a condominium that was used to organise a “wild party” for almost 100 people at about 5am today.

Sentul OCPD Asst Comm R. Munusamy said in a statement that police raided a rental home at the Putra Majestic Condominium along Jalan Kassipillay, in Sentul where 78 men and 18 women, were nabbed.

Out of all those arrested at the home, believed to have been rented out for RM390 a day, 10 were students.

All of them were brought to the Sentul district police headquarters for a urine test.

Thirty-seven men and nine women tested positive for drugs.

The case is being investigated under Section 15(1)(a) of the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952.

No items were seized during the raid.

Munusamy advised the public, especially youths to stay away from these kind of activities.

“These parties are organised by irresponsible people to encourage youths to use drugs.”
