PENAMPANG, May 30, 2015:
Three weeks was all it took to bring out the beauty in her, and Kerinah Mah proved that she is indeed a natural beauty.
Winning the state level Unduk Ngadau 2015’s subsidiary title, Tati Topiodo (Miss Natural Beauty), the 20-year-old from Pitas took home a crown, a sash, a bouquet of flowers and accessories.
Apart from Kerinah, three other subsidiary titles were announced ahead of the final to pick the new Unduk Ngadau queen tomorrow.
Inanam’s Natasha Apprillia Jalius S Benggon’s friendliness won her the Tati Tosuau (Miss Friendly) title. She also won similar prizes as Kerinah.
The newly introduced Miss Conservation WWF (World Wildlife Fund) was won by Olga Willnelia Nasib of Paitan.
Apart from receiving a crown, a sash, a hamper and a nature-based tour, Olga will be attached to Sabah WWF to raise awareness on the conservation and wildlife issues in the state, beginning next month to May 31, 2016.
Meanwhile, Albert Oliver won the Best Creative Evening Gown based on Ethnic Motives and his winning creation was modelled by Johor’s Unduk Ngadau representative, Oliver Fiona Josepher.
Fiona won an air ticket to Perth, Australia, while the designer will be offered work with RJ Couture, a fashion brand owned by the sponsor, Datuk Rahmahjan Sulaiman Khan.
